Production Management Module (PMM)
 

PMM makes a sometimes complicated and always time and labor intensive process, simple and fast.

PMM builds upon the functionality of basic production sheets found in ChefTec Plus.  With the major addition of Master Production Sheets, PPM enables operations to track all of their production needs by creating either master production sheets or location production sheets manually or automatically based on par levels. Raw inventory is automatically depleted through completed production sheets and production recipes from completed production sheets are added to finished goods inventory. The new Master Production Sheet a template-like form that can be used over and over again breaks down the recipe in to individual location production sheets and can be used to track the status of production in the individual locations. These location sheets direct the different production areas to produce the exact amount of material needed; thereby helping to reduce waste caused by over production.

PMM is ideally suited for any customer doing food production such as cafeterias, commissaries, supermarkets, and delis. PMM will meet the needs of any operation that produces food in one location and distributes and/or sells it at another location.

PMM is included with ChefTec ULTRA and is incorporated into CorTec Enterprise as part of the softwares core functionality. Additionally, PMM is available as an add-on for ChefTec Plus for the cost of $1345.
